Woolich Racing which is based in Brisbane, Australia require quality custom stickers for their specialised Log Box units which suit a range of motorcycles. Our sticker making system prints and cuts their stickers with great accuracy to ensure they fit the units properly to finish the professionally produced units. These stickers are made from an Arlon vinyl which is made in North America. The process for the manufacturer of these stickers is to print off a roll of vinyl which after we let dry for a minimum of 10 hours. Once dry we run the sticker roll through a laminator which coats the sticker with a UV stabilised clear film which protects the print and enhances the appearance by adding extra gloss. The sticker roll is then loaded into a special cutting machine which is calibrated with just the right amount of weight on a blade to cut through the layer of vinyl accurately and efficiently. Our entire system for sticker manufacturing is Japanese made by Roland DG, our vinyl is made in North America or Europe and we use only premium products to bring together our own premium products.
