Laser Electrical Digitally Printed Stickers

Laser Electrial is an Nationwide company, and The Art of Stickers had the opportunity to supply one of their New South Wales divisions with these Custom Digitally Printed Stickers.

These stickers were printed on high quality white digital vinyl. Small stickers like the ones below are an effective advertising tool as they can be carried in work vehicles so they are at hand to apply to installation materials; with the ability to apply them to any smooth surface –  inside or outside and will last for years.

Aluminium Composite Sign for Underwood Auto Repairs

Underwood Auto Repairs were after a sign for the car park of their business.

They are a local Australian owned and operated company, with over 35 years of combined auto repair experience. They can service anything from your family car to light commericial vehicles. Find out more….www.underwoodauto.com

This sign was made from a material know as Aluminium Panel (aka Alupanel, Alusheet). It is a Aluminium composite that can be cut into any size to suit your requirements. Coming in a variety of colours,  Aluminium Panels are light weight, water and weather proof, easy to maintain and most importantly handle well in the sun. It is a popular choice for signage.

The Process:
First of all we cut a  piece of  White Aluminium Composite Panel to size, then applied was a digitally printed and laminated adhesive layer off vinyl that lists Underwood Auto Repair’s company logo, contact details and what they specialise in. This is great and cheap type of advertising.

Silverstar Marine Custom Vehicle Magnets – Part 2

These are two more Vehicle Magnets custom made for Silverstar Marine.

Different materials were used for these, to the ones we manufactured in Part 1.

We used Magnetic Sheeting once again, to that we applied high quality Digitally Printed adhesive vinyl with the customers logo and company name. Once the ink on this had cured, it was cold laminated. Then it was laid onto the Magnetic Sheeting.

Silverstar Marine Custom Vehicle Magnets – Part 1

These Vehicle Magnets were made for Silverstar Marine.

They consist of 0.9mm magnetic sheeting, with its strong grip it ideal for vehicle use. Easy to remove from the vehicle with out marking the vehicle or surface to which it is applied.
We then carefully applied a layer of yellow high intensity grade reflective adhesive vinyl to the magnets surface. Once this was achieved, custom black vinyl cut lettering was applied so the signage would stand out.

What is Yellow Reflective Vinyl?
Yellow Reflective vinyl is a highly durable material that can be used on any smooth service.  It is used for traffic control signage and is a great safety material for vehicles that are used at night. Reflective Vinyl is available in serveral colours – including green & white.

Mater Hospital Custom White Board for Ward 10B

Recently we have had the opportunity to provide the Mater Hospital with a range of White Boards for their wards.

The material and process used to create these are as follows:

First of all we digitally print the White Board layout on white digital vinyl, it is then left to dry and then a layer of Dry Erase is applied.  Once this process is achieved it is then applied to the surface in which is going to be the White Board area itself.

You are probably wondering – what is Dry Erase? Dry Erase is a material that is used specifically for White Boards.  It can be used transparently to make a generally smooth surface area a White Board. It can also be applied to a digitally printed vinyl that has been custom printed to create this item.

Looking after your White Board:
All White Boards should be used with good quality White Board markers. Using these they will make the White Board itself last longer and avoid any staining that it may incur on the White Board or Dry Erase when a cheap White Board markers are used. Other than this, your White Board will last you for many years to come.

These custom made stickers were digitally printed on high quality digital vinyl then laminated and contour cut.

These stickers help their customers to keep informed on the products upcoming maintenance and how to go about contacting the company if required. This design has a  simple format, clear to read with all the information needed.

PVC Signs for Valspar

A custom recently requested they would like some digital printing on their pieces of PVC.

First of all we digitally printed the art work onto high quality white vinyl. We then let the ink cure – before cold laminating the vinyl.
Once this was done the vinyl was applied to the sheets of PVC.

Custom Printed Sticker on MDF for the Workshop Bar

Today we printed a custom sticker for the workshop bar, we used a high adhesive vinyl and stuck it upside down directly onto unsealed MDF. We found a variety of blues pictures and made a collage with them, it was then printed onto high adhesive vinyl and laminated. We then applied to the underneath of the bulkhead we’ve built for the workshop bar. It worked so well, that we’ll extend it around the rest of the underneath of the bulkhead.
