3mm Clear Acrylic Sign with Back Print

This sign we made using a panel of 3mm Clear Acrylic. The sticker is applied to the back of the acrylic creating an effective and good looking sign.  The process we used was to print the graphic in reverse onto clear adhesive vinyl, once the ink cured we laminated it with white vinyl which has an clear adhesive, once this was done we then laminated the 2 layers of vinyl to the back of 3mm clear acrylic which when viewed from the front creates an excellent effect as viewing the print through 3mm clear acrylic enhances the look and appeal of the print and makes an attractive sign that with care will last many years.

Laser Cut Acrylic Art Gallery Information Plates

Recently we had an opportunity to make these acrylic plates for our good customer – Ryan Renshaw Gallery. These plates are made from 3mm clear acrylic and are made by using digital printing and laser cutting.  The process is simple but highly effective in creating an information plate that is in style with an art gallery.  These are used in many other applications and easily custom-made with your design and size, we can also cut them to custom shapes and include full colour graphics.  We can include an adhesive back making application to most surfaces easy and quick. We can supply them with holes for mounting with screws or fold the base to make it free-standing.  Give us your idea and we will have a go at making it.

By combining laser cutting and digital printing, we can create some very unique displays and products which are used in a range of industries from retail to industrial.

Laser Cut Acrylic with Custom Sticker Safety Boards

A customer of ours needed small safety boards with the ability to write the amount of days that have passed without any lost time due to injuries. We offered the solution of custom printing a sticker in reverse and then applying it to  laser cut 6mm clear acrylic, the custom sticker was applied to the back of the laser cut 6mm clear acrylic so whiteboard markers can be used on the front to mark the days passed. By combining digital printing and laser cutting we can create unique solutions and signs for all types of commercial, industrial and domestic purposes. Custom Printed and Acrylic Gibson Guitar Sign

Gibson-guitar-sign-laser-cut-acrylic-printedThis is sign of my favourite guitar brand – Gibson, I made it by reverse printing a sticker onto clear vinyl and back laminating with white vinyl, it was then applied to 4mm clear acrylic and laser cut, a piece of 4mm black acrylic was laser cut and attached to the back of the sign.
