Signage for our Workshop – Underwood Brisbane
We recently installed new signs at our workshop in Underwood, Brisbane. We used 3 Aluminium Composite Panels each measuring 2440mm x 1220mm which makes the sign 7320mm x 1220mm overall. The entire sign is covered in sticker including the black and was printed in one continuous run at 7320mm. The sticker was then laminated to the panels and the edges trimmed.
Even though this logo is basic in colour, the extra light magenta, light cyan and light black that our new printer now has makes even basic logos like this really pop with the extra colour vibrancy. This new printer gives us the versatility and ability to provide anything from tiny labels to large signage for buildings and vehicles. We can print on a wide variety of materials and supply many different types of signage products.

Aluminium Composite Panel Signage – Light Weight and Easy to Install
Aluminium composite panel is an lightweight and easy to handle material that has taken over many other panels for signage and cladding in recent years. The panels are finished in a variety of colours which eliminates the need to paint. The panels are a composite which means that they have an outer skin of aluminium and the interior is a plastic which greatly weight but maintains a rigid panel for easy transport and installation.
The picture below shows four full panels used to create a sign with an overall size of 4880mm x 2440mm, these panels are 4mm thick and are of a premium quality. These panels are rated to 10 years outdoors which makes a very cost-effective long-term sign
We can supply these panels in a variety of colours or we can cover in a custom colour and print full colour pictures and graphics, we are not limited to sizes and can make these as big or small as you require. We can ship them anyway in Australia and we can install them if you are in the South East Queensland area.
Aluminium Composite Sign for Safe Radiation Pty Ltd
This sign is made from a 2600mm x 600mm aluminium composite panel which has a 0.4mm aluminium skin on each side and composite plastic in between, it is lightweight and extremely easy to work with and install. For this sign we digitally printed the customers logo onto vinyl from a roll and then laminated the sticker directly to the aluminium composite panel and trimmed to correct size. These panels are available is a variety of vibrant colours making effective and quick signage that will last for years, because they are lightweight, they are great install yourself signage.
