Corflute Signs – Great Portability with Quality Printing
These pictures show corflute signage with digitally printed vinyl applied to them. AAA Custom Trolleys in Browns Plains, QLD required these signs for a trade show they will be attending. Using high quality vector artwork created in Adobe Illustrator, it was printed onto 3M white adhesive vinyl then laminated with 3M clear vinyl and mounted onto 5mm white corflute. With the high end printing process we use, our printers can capture the most complex detail in artwork making signs and stickers pop right out from the material it is printed onto and display as the artist intended.
Corflute is a lightweight and easily transportable material but is also rigid which creates an appealing portable sign that will last for years with care. We can make corflute signs up to 2400mm x 1200mm and use full colour graphics or simple vinyl lettering and graphics for a cheaper sign. Corflute signs can be used for the signage of a small street/market vendor up to big displays for events where signage needs to be quickly installed and uninstalled. Protect Roofing Coreflute Signs
These Coreflute signs were brought into our shop by the Owner of Protect Roofing. Their business requiried a digitally printed sticker with their logo and company information to be applied to these already screen-printed pieces of Coreflute.
We used a high quality white digital vinyl that had been printed on from our Roland Digital Printer. With this combination of vinyl and ink, it has the ability to withstand the outdoors for 3 to 4 years.

Corflute Signage
Need a temporary sign to advertise a promotion? Or even sell a vehicle?
Then look no further, your best money saving option is here – Corflute Signage.
What is Corflute?
Corflute is a light weight plastic material. It consists of two sides with a corrugated layer between them.
Signs made from this base are waterproof, resistant to sunlight, easy to move around and most importantly – be recycled.
Having two sides gives you the choice of using them both. If you only need to use one side to begin with, it can be easily stored away for future use.
You could write on the Corflute with a permanent marker. While it might be a simple solution, here at the Art of Stickers we can kick it up a notch and make it one very professional, in expensive, custom sign.
There are two methods that can be used to produce these. (As shown in the photos below).
The Everton Comets Sign was made from a white Corflute base, then a layer of digitally printed vinyl (with the team logo) was applied onto the surface. Although this was a fairly straight forward sign to create; it has the ability to stand out so it can be easily seen by passersby and opposing teams.
The second photo is of four individual signs. All custom made to the clients requirements.
These were applied with digitally printed and laminated stickers. With black vinyl cut lettering.
