What is it? Laser Cutting!

Laser cutting is one of the new options we have here at the Art of Stickers. There are various materials we can laser cut, these materials are listed on our website.

We can custom make anything from pamphlet holders to plaques, from house numbers to company signage.

This particular item was laser cut out of MDF (Medium Density Fibre Board). Once the laser had cut out these unusal shapes, the item was created by joining the pieces together.

Laser Cut Acrylic with Custom Sticker Safety Boards

A customer of ours needed small safety boards with the ability to write the amount of days that have passed without any lost time due to injuries. We offered the solution of custom printing a sticker in reverse and then applying it to  laser cut 6mm clear acrylic, the custom sticker was applied to the back of the laser cut 6mm clear acrylic so whiteboard markers can be used on the front to mark the days passed. By combining digital printing and laser cutting we can create unique solutions and signs for all types of commercial, industrial and domestic purposes. Custom Printed and Acrylic Gibson Guitar Sign

Gibson-guitar-sign-laser-cut-acrylic-printedThis is sign of my favourite guitar brand – Gibson, I made it by reverse printing a sticker onto clear vinyl and back laminating with white vinyl, it was then applied to 4mm clear acrylic and laser cut, a piece of 4mm black acrylic was laser cut and attached to the back of the sign.
I now have access to a 2400mm x 1200mm laser cutter, if you require laser cutting work, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
