Custom Sticker Orders

As you know, here at The Art of Stickers, we offer our services to provide you with the sticker you need. Every order that we fill is received electronically so that we have all the information we need to work out a quote as fast as possible. This also keeps the information close at hand throughout the production process. We often receive phone calls for over-the-phone quotes. This makes things difficult, as the information you provide may not encompass all areas of information we need to provide a sound quote. Calculating quote costs is an extensive process that cannot be done in a matter of seconds, especially without any images to see what we’re dealing with. Also, there is often  a queue of customers asking for quotes before we receive your call. This would simply mean jumping the queue, which is unfair to other customers. We implore you to ask for quotes via email or our Custom Request forms listed below.

3mm Clear Acrylic Sign with Back Print

This sign we made using a panel of 3mm Clear Acrylic. The sticker is applied to the back of the acrylic creating an effective and good looking sign.  The process we used was to print the graphic in reverse onto clear adhesive vinyl, once the ink cured we laminated it with white vinyl which has an clear adhesive, once this was done we then laminated the 2 layers of vinyl to the back of 3mm clear acrylic which when viewed from the front creates an excellent effect as viewing the print through 3mm clear acrylic enhances the look and appeal of the print and makes an attractive sign that with care will last many years.

Signage for our Workshop – Underwood Brisbane

We recently installed new signs at our workshop in Underwood, Brisbane.  We used 3 Aluminium Composite Panels each measuring 2440mm x 1220mm which makes the sign 7320mm x 1220mm overall.   The entire sign is covered in sticker including the black and was printed in one continuous run at 7320mm.  The sticker was then laminated to the panels and the edges trimmed.

Even though this logo is basic in colour, the extra light magenta, light cyan and light black that our new printer now has makes even basic logos like this really pop with the extra colour vibrancy.  This new printer gives us the versatility and ability to provide anything from tiny labels to large signage for buildings and vehicles.  We can print on a wide variety of materials and supply many different types of signage products.

Aluminium Composite Panel Signage – Light Weight and Easy to Install

Aluminium composite panel is an lightweight and easy to handle material that has taken over many other panels for signage and cladding in recent years.  The panels are finished in a variety of colours which eliminates the need to paint.  The panels are a composite which means that they have an outer skin of aluminium and the interior is a plastic which greatly weight but maintains a rigid panel for easy transport and installation.

The picture below shows four full panels used to create a sign with an overall size of 4880mm x 2440mm, these panels are 4mm thick and are of a premium quality.  These panels are rated to 10 years outdoors which makes a very cost-effective long-term sign

We can supply these panels in a variety of colours or we can cover in a custom colour and print full colour pictures and graphics, we are not limited to sizes and can make these as big or small as you require.  We can ship them anyway in Australia and we can install them if you are in the South East Queensland area.

Corflute Signs – Great Portability with Quality Printing

These pictures show corflute signage with digitally printed vinyl applied to them. AAA Custom Trolleys in Browns Plains, QLD required these signs for a trade show they will be attending. Using high quality vector artwork created in Adobe Illustrator, it was printed onto 3M white adhesive vinyl then laminated with 3M clear vinyl and mounted onto 5mm white corflute.   With the high end printing process we use, our printers can capture the most complex detail in artwork making signs and stickers pop right out from the material it is printed onto and display as the artist intended.

Corflute is a lightweight and easily transportable material but is also rigid which creates an appealing portable sign that will last for years with care. We can make corflute signs up to 2400mm x 1200mm and use full colour graphics or simple vinyl lettering and graphics for a cheaper sign. Corflute signs can be used for the signage of a small street/market vendor up to big displays for events where signage needs to be quickly installed and uninstalled. Aluminium Composite Sign for Safe Radiation Pty Ltd

safe-radiation-aluminium-composite-panelThis sign is made from a 2600mm x 600mm aluminium composite panel which has a 0.4mm aluminium skin on each side and composite plastic in between, it is lightweight and extremely easy to work with and install. For this sign we digitally printed the customers logo onto vinyl from a roll and then laminated the sticker directly to the aluminium composite panel and trimmed to correct size. These panels are available is a variety of vibrant colours making effective and quick signage that will last for years, because they are lightweight, they are great install yourself signage.
