Custom Whiteboard for GrainCorp, Brisbane

GrainCorp based at Fishermans Island, Port of Brisbane, Australia, required a board that allows it to be written on with whiteboard markers as well as hold documentation relating to the bins and silos on their site. These bins and silos hold different commodities which are loaded on ships for exportation.

We produced this board for them based on a layout they sent us.

The board helps facilitate the tracking and loading of the commodities and allows an easy overall picture of their facility which increases productivity, efficiency and profitability.

This whiteboard is made with 4.5mm white acrylic, it has been laser cut and includes holes for easy mounting.  As these types of boards do not require frames it makes a very elegant looking whiteboard and looks great in modern office environments.  Our system of full colour printing combined with dry erase lamination allows us to provide full colour graphics and pictures customised to our customers specific needs.  Laser cutting gives us the ability to offer custom sizes and shapes to these acrylic whiteboards.

This 2400mm x 1200mm whiteboard was produced by us for a hospital to organise their information.  The board has been set out as a calendar showing the 12 months of the year each as a box with 5 weeks and each week having 5 days.

Custom Laser Cut Printed Acrylic Whiteboard

Laser Cut Acrylic WhiteboardThis whiteboard is made from 3mm clear laser cut acrylic, we printed the graphic and applied it to the back of the acrylic.  This whiteboard will be wall mounted and whiteboard markers will be used to write the constantly changing information.  This method of whiteboard is a great as it is border-less and modern, because the printed is on back and to see it, you are looking through 3mm of clear acrylic which adds depth and vibrancy to the design, we can also make the acrylic up to 12mm which will give the design even more depth.

We can custom laser cut and custom print any designs you require, we can laser cut mounting holes where they are required.  Use in home or office, these whiteboards become a feature as well as being functional.

Custom Whiteboards for Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Ward Rooms

Custom White for Hospital's NICUWe recently were given the opportunity to produce these whiteboards for the Centenary Hospital in Canberra, Australia. We source the whiteboards from a local manufacturer in Brisbane and we then produce the graphics based on the customers requirements. Once the artwork is approved we print the graphic onto a high quality cast self adhesive vinyl which is laminated with a special dry erase vinyl and allows whiteboard markers to be used – with correct care these graphics will last a considerable amount of time. The boards themselves are commercial grade whiteboards and will last a lifetime. The graphic can easily be replaced when required.
