- If you believe a product is faulty, it is best to send us pictures clearly showing the faults, please email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org or via MMS to 04747 94747. (we prefer pictures be sent through email)
- Once a fault has been established that we believe is our own, we will work with you towards the appropriate compensation - be it a refund or a replacement.
- Our products are mostly made to order and therefore our policy is not to refund if a customer changes their mind after the purchase however we will consider any requests on a case by case basis. We ask that you consider this before making a purchase.
- If any of our products are faulty due to our manufacturing process, we will fully refund the amount paid by the customer including postage and freight or produce a replacement and send free of charge.
- Items damaged or lost whilst in transit are not covered by our refund policy however we will look at each enquiry on a case to case basis to determine the best solution for the customer and us. We recommend choosing Registered Post when going through the checkout system.
