Refund Policy

Here at The Art of Stickers we strive to deliver exactly and beyond what we advertise however if you feel that you haven't received what it was that we described, we are more than willing to understand your concerns and find a solution that will keep you satisfied.

  • If you believe a product is faulty, it is best to send us pictures clearly showing the faults, please email pictures to or via MMS to 04747 94747. (we prefer pictures be sent through email)
  • Once a fault has been established that we believe is our own, we will work with you towards the appropriate compensation - be it a refund or a replacement.
  • Our products are mostly made to order and therefore our policy is not to refund if a customer changes their mind after the purchase however we will consider any requests on a case by case basis. We ask that you consider this before making a purchase.
  • If any of our products are faulty due to our manufacturing process, we will fully refund the amount paid by the customer including postage and freight or produce a replacement and send free of charge.
  • Items damaged or lost whilst in transit are not covered by our refund policy however we will look at each enquiry on a case to case basis to determine the best solution for the customer and us. We recommend choosing Registered Post when going through the checkout system.
