Refund Policy

Here at The Art of Stickers we strive to deliver exactly, and beyond what we advertise; however if you feel that you haven't received what it was that we described, we are more than willing to understand your concerns and find a solution that will keep you satisfied.

  • If a product or service that we offer does not meet your expectations please contact us via the following methods:

  • If you believe a product is faulty, it is best to send us pictures clearly showing the faults. Please email pictures to sales@stickerart.com.au or via MMS to 04747 94747. (we prefer pictures to be sent through email)
  • Once a fault has been established that we believe is our own, we will work with you towards the appropriate compensation - be it a refund or a replacement.
  • Our products are mostly made to order, and therefore our policy is not to refund if a customer changes their mind after the purchase; however, we will consider any requests on a case-by-case basis. We ask that you consider this before making a purchase.
  • If any of our products are faulty due to our manufacturing process, we will fully refund the amount paid by the customer including postage and freight or produce a replacement and send it free of charge.
  • Items damaged or lost whilst in transit are not covered by our refund policy; however, we will look at each enquiry on a case-to-case basis to determine the best solution for the customer and us.
