Resetting your account email and password
On the 29th of March 2016 we released our new website.
All our customers details and orders have been migrated from the old website database to the new database. Although all data was encrypted and never compromised, as a security precaution we decided not to include the account passwords in the migration.
We now use much stronger encryption to protect our customers data.
Customer Accounts created before 29th March 2016 will need the password Reset.
If your email has changed and you cannot access your account please fill in the form below. We will then update your email address and send you a password reset email.
